Binnenkort komt er weer een prachtige werkruimte in Werkgebouw Het Veem beschikbaar. De werkruimte bevindt zich op de begane grond. De oppervlakte is 48 m2 met hoge plafonds (3,4 m). De huurprijs is € 425,- excl. btw. (en excl. GWL en servicekosten). De ruimte bestaat uit een werkruimte met eenvoudige keuren en een kleine opslag. Daarnaast heeft het openslaande deuren naar de straat.
Wat voor huurder(s) we zoeken:
Voor deze etage gaat de voorkeur uit naar een maker die een publiekstrekkende functie kan vervullen. We zoeken kandidaten met een creërend-toegepast of autonoom artistiek beroep. Het is een pré wanneer je publiek ontvangt. De ruimte wordt als atelier aangeboden en is niet geschikt voor gebruik als kantoor, horeca of commercieel bedrijf.

A beautiful workspace will soon become available at Werkgebouw Het Veem. The studio is located on the ground floor and has a floor area of 48 m² with high ceilings (3.4 m). The rent is €425 per month, excluding VAT (and excluding utilities and service charges). The space consists of a studio with a simple kitchenette and a small storage room. It also features double doors opening directly onto the street.
What kind of tenant(s) we are looking for:
For this floor, we have a preference for a maker whose practice has a public-facing aspect. We are looking for applicants with a creative applied or autonomous artistic practice. It is a plus if you welcome visitors, for example to present present your work. The space is offered as a studio and is not suitable for use as an office, hospitality venue or commercial business.
