Binnenkort komt er weer een prachtige werkruimte in Werkgebouw Het Veem beschikbaar. De werkruimte bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping aan de straatzijde op de hoek. Oppervlakte: 117m2, Hoogte: 2,65m. De huurprijs is €760,50 excl. btw. (excl. GWL en servicekosten). De ruimte bestaat uit een grote werkruimte +/- 95m2, een kleinere ruimte +/- 15m2 (met raampje), een opslagruimte +/- 4m2 en een wc.
Wat voor huurder(s) we zoeken:
Met name jonge makers zijn welkom zich aan te melden. Dat kan individueel of als collectief. Mocht je je als collectief willen aanmelden, dan is een inschrijving als rechtspersoon een voorwaarde voor het huurcontract. De ruimte wordt als atelier aangeboden. We zijn uitsluitend opzoek naar kandidaten met een creërend-toegepast of autonoom artistiek beroep. Denk aan ontwerpers, beeldend kunstenaars of vergelijkbare makers. De ruimte is niet geschikt om als kantoor, horeca of commercieel bedrijf gebruikt te worden.

Uiterlijk een week na de sluitingsdatum laten we weten of je wordt uitgenodigd voor een bezichtiging en kennismakingsgesprek. Vanwege ons kleine team en het grote aantal aanmeldingen is vooraf bezichtigingen helaas niet mogelijk, en na een afwijzing kunnen we geen persoonlijke toelichting geven. Soon another beautiful workspace will become available in Werkgebouw Het Veem. The workspace is located on the first floor, on the street side on the corner. Workspace: 117m2, Height: 2.65m. The rent is €760.50 excluding VAT (excluding gas, water and electricity, and service charges). The space consists of a large workspace +/- 95m2 (with double doors to a french balcony), a smaller space +/- 15m2 (with a small window), a storage space +/- 4m2 and a toilet.
What kind of tenant(s) we are looking for:
In particular, young makers are welcome to apply. This can be individually or as a collective. If you would like to apply as a collective, registration as a legal entity is a requirement for the rental contract. The space is offered as a studio. We are exclusively looking for candidates with a creative-applied or autonomous artistic profession. Think of designers, (visual) artists or comparable makers. The space is not suitable to be used as an office, hospitality/catering or commercial business.
