Binnenkort komt er weer een prachtige werkruimte in Werkgebouw Het Veem beschikbaar. De werkruimte bevindt zich op de eerste verdieping aan de straatzijde op de hoek. Oppervlakte: 128m2. De huurprijs is €832 excl. btw. (excl. GWL en servicekosten). De ruimte bestaat uit een grote werkruimte, en twee aparte kantoren. De ruimte heeft een CV en een keukentje.
Wat voor huurder(s) we zoeken:
We zoeken een huurder met een sociaal-cultureel profiel, waarbij de ruimte voornamelijk wordt gebruikt voor kantoorwerk, onderzoek of collectieve productie. Denk aan bijvoorbeeld: onderzoekscollectieven, sociaal-culturele of non-profit organisaties, podcastmakers, filmmakers, journalisten of mediacollectieven.
We zoeken partijen die werken aan maatschappelijke verandering, onderzoek of publieke dialoog, en ruimte nodig hebben voor een team of grotere groep.
Deze ruimte wordt niet verhuurd als atelier, horeca of voor commerciële doeleinden. Bij collectieven is een inschrijving als rechtspersoon een voorwaarde voor het huurcontract.

Vanwege ons kleine team en het grote aantal aanmeldingen is vooraf bezichtigingen helaas niet mogelijk, en na een afwijzing kunnen we geen persoonlijke toelichting geven. Soon another beautiful workspace will become available in Werkgebouw Het Veem. The workspace is located on the first floor, on the street side on the corner. Workspace: 128 m². The rent is €832 excluding VAT (excluding gas, water and electricity, and service charges). The space consists of a large workspace and two smaller offices. The space has central heating and a kitchenette.
What kind of tenant(s) we are looking for:
We are looking for a tenant with a social-cultural profile, where the space is primarily used for office work, research or collective production. For example: research collectives, social-cultural or non-profit organisations, podcast makers, filmmakers, journalists or media collectives.
We are looking for parties working towards social change, research or public dialogue, who need space for a team or larger group.
The space is not rented out as an artist studio, hospitality/catering or for commercial business. If you would like to apply as a collective, registration as a legal entity is a requirement for the rental contract.
